I just want to say a big thank you to Boss beds and especially Kamran who was so helpful, friendly and efficient in the purchase of our cream atlas 4ft bed. As i live in northern ireland there was an additional delivery charge but they were so reasonable in this pricing compared to other similar websites.
 
We are so so pleased with the bed, it was easy to assemble and is just perfect for my 12yr old girl who got her room done up for starting high school. She is over the moon with her new double "grown-up" bed and it is so girly and will do her right through her teens. I have attached a photo of her new bed!!!
 
I Just want to thank Kamran very much, he was always phoning with updates on the progress and couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.  It was a pleasure doing business with Boss beds and would thoroughly recommend to anyone for their reasonable prices and customer service. Thank you

My experience has not put me off every using Boss-beds ever again. Faulty products happen, it's life, and my issues have been dealt with in a efficient and professional manner. There was one time where I had been waiting for a replacement top,then was told you couldn't replace it and I would have to send the faulty one back First which was when I became frustrated with the situation,  which you then rapidly solved for me, that's when Kamran came to pick up the faulty top and replaced it within 2 hours, very efficient and understanding of my situation.

All in all I would recommend Boss-beds, in fact I already have to my friend Sophie who ordered a bedside cabinet which arrived the other week and she is pleased to bits with it

I always read the feedback pages and think they are written by 'made up' people but I really did buy a bed from these people and it was fantastic........they beat the price and I ordered the bed mid-day and it was delivered 5pm the following day !!  Thats what I call service. Overall I found the experience doing custom with Boss Beds hassle free and prompt. I purchased both a bed and mattress which Boss Beds were able to beat the price with the major retailer of Dreams. I also found the items purchased to be of excellent quality. Communication with the company was also to the highest level of customer service which you would expect. The next day delivery service was also very good. I would urge any one who is wanting to buy furniture from this website, due to the reliability, honesty, and overall service which I received.

An excellent service from start to finish. Although the glass table was not in stock when I ordered it they kept me informed about events as they happened. They even held the price for me. When I spoke to them on the phone they always knew who I was and referred to me by my name. They notified me about the delivery and contacted me to see that I had received it safely. Unfortunately the table was broken on receipt but they handled the matter most professionally. A new table was hand delivered to my home at the time stated and they were gracious enough to wait for me to return from the school run. They then assembled the table before leaving. I cannot thank Boss Beds enough.  I would certainly use them again. A friendly service with a personal touch.
